Shipping policy
MyPartsStore.com only ships within the United States. All in stock orders are processed within 2 business days. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer $9.99 flat rate ground shipping within the continental United States. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will have a flat rate shipping cost of $14.99. Courier is decided based on our discretion for shipment.

Whole Goods/Equipment are shipped using actual carrier rates, calculated directly from USPS and UPS at checkout. All whole goods/equipment are excluded from free shipping.
Flat rate shipping applies when all items in your order are shipped to a single address within the United States. Some products may require special handling due to their size or weight, which could result in additional shipping charges. If any adjustments are necessary, we will notify you by email before processing your order. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Free Shipping
All qualifying orders totaling $150 or more before tax, discounts and shipping charges will receive free domestic ground shipping. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
All whole goods/equipment and some LTL items are excluded from free shipping.
Special Order Items
Special Order items are sourced directly from the manufacturer. These items typically ship from the manufacturer within 4–5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on availability.
In some cases, delays may occur. If a delay exceeds 2 weeks, we will proactively reach out with an update on your order status.
Once your item(s) arrive at My Parts Store, your order will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
LTL Shipments typically leave the warehouse within 3-4 weeks. LTL Shipments can also be subject to a $350 Flat Rate charge which will be added at checkout. Common items that will require the $350 charge include but are not limited to: Mower Decks
Please note that holidays observed by My Parts Store and/or the carrier are not considered business days for the purposes of estimating fulfillment or shipping transit times.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@mypartsstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Address Updates
We will do our best to accommodate requests to update shipping addresses after an order is placed, but we cannot guarantee that any changes will be made, regardless of whether the order has shipped. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid any issues.
