Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, un-used, un-installed, re-saleable condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note we cannot refund the shipping and handling charge.

If your return is eligible, ship item(s) back to us at the address noted below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping charges. Items that are returned, that received free shipping, will have the initial shipping charge deducted from the refund. 

If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount of the requested items.

If your return is not accepted, and you wish to have the item sent back to you, the customer will cover all shipping charges.

We do not accept returns on whole goods - equipment or batteries.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@mypartsstore.com.

In the case an order cannot be delivered and is not picked up by the customer from the designated location provided by the shipping service, and My Parts Store is charged a fee for the return, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Items that are returned, that received free shipping, will have the initial shipping charge deducted from the refund. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the case an order is returned to My Parts Store due to lack of acceptance or pickup by the customer from the shipping service, My Parts Store will automatically refund the cost of the items minus any return shipping charges accrued due to lack of acceptance or pickup by the customer.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for equipment, batteries, electrical items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not accept exchanges for electrical items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if canceled prior to the order being picked up by the delivery service. If the order has been picked up by the delivery service, the customer may elect to request a return. Please see above for return rules and instructions.

 

Warranty Claims
All OEM parts must be installed by an authorized service center to qualify for any warranty claim. Customer must provide proof of installation by the authorized service center to qualify for any warranty claim. Without proof of installation by an authorized service center, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Installation not done by an authorized service center on all OEM parts will void any warranty.
